First of all, you need to use OFW Ver. 3.65 in order to run Adrenaline on PS VITA.

How to play online with PSP and PS VITA
After starting SNES9xTYL, press the START button to enter the NETPLAY standby state.
Then, select a image file you want to emulate and press the O button.
After the image file is loaded, press the O button on either device to switch the screen.
Then the following message will appear on the screen of the device you pressed the button on.
"Waiting for XX:XX:XX:XX to accept the connection To cancel press O"
The other device will display "YY:YY:YY:YY:YY has requested a connection To accept the connectin press X.".
Press the O button to accept the connection.
